Training to Enhance Owner-Worker Cohesion

            Lalitpur, March 30: A training was imparted here on Thursday to develop skills as to how to coordinate the agitating workers – who resort to shut operational activities putting forward different demands – and the reluctant owners – who generally do not tend to address workers demands.

            Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce and Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) jointly organized this training focusing on the idea to manage the conflict between owners and workers.

            The training is organized with the objective of mitigating effects of conflict between owners and workers on trade, business and industry, said the organizer.

            Chairperson of Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ajarman Joshi expressed confidence that such initiative will help grow good relations between owners and workers.

            Some 22 participants including heads and managers of different business and industrial establishments took part in the training.
